Our engineering and surveying experience includes the processing of development plans and platting documents with the agencies having jurisdiction. We have experience for the complete site design of single and multi-family subdivisions, commercial, industrial projects, private and public buildings, residential site planning, and airport runway extensions. For these projects, we have designed municipal road and highway systems, grading plans, storm sewer systems and hydraulic structures, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, erosion control plans, water quality analysis, and building structural, electrical, and mechanical plans. For construction observation, we have monitored the construction of all phases of civil construction including underground utilities, roadway paving, agricultural product storage facilities, commercial, and public buildings.
